27 years of passion for sports, nature and science.
My passion for science began in the last year of high school and led me to enroll in the Molecular and Medical Biotechnology bachelor program at the University of Verona.
After a long and fulfilling internship in the neuroscience department, I graduated with an experimental thesis focused on an enzyme mutation related to a rare disease.
During the pandemic, I realized the importance of communicating science clearly and accessibly to everyone, making scientific outreach my mission.
I immediately noticed widespread misinformation regarding nutrition, which motivated me to enroll in the Master’s program in Sciences of Human Nutrition at the University of Florence.
There i interned in the Senology department at Careggi Hospital, where, alongside a team of researchers, we gathered data for an observational study aimed at identifying lifestyle factors influencing the onset of breast cancer.

My goal is to help each of you by guiding you through a journey of nutritional awareness, imparting the knowledge needed to make autonomous decisions. After all, eating well is a simple act that we often complicate.
Since 2024, I have been a member of the Italian Society of Human Nutrition SINU, where I contribute to writing weekly newsletters and manage social media profiles with a group of other professionals.
I have many passions; I love skiing, climbing, surfing, hiking, and I’m also a snowboard instructor.
I volunteer for Nutrizionisti Senza Frontiere, dedicated to combating child malnutrition in Italy and around the world.
